- Press and hold the reset button with the help of release pin for about 15 seconds.
- You will see a LED ring around the doorbell button starts flashing white when the reset is successful
- After resetting the doorbell, you must add it to your account again.
- To add it back go to the Arlo App or my.arlo.com and then add the device by clicking the add device button
- Now check if the Arlo Video Doorbell is working Fine or not.
NOTE: Resetting your Arlo video Doorbell will return it to default settings. Your Arlo Video Doorbell will be disconnected from your Arlo account (Arlo App and Arlo Account). You have to again add your Arlo Video Doorbell to your Arlo Account.
You can also reset your Arlo Video Doorbell by opening your Arlo Application. Then going to the Device Setting > Remove Device.
But for doing this the Arlo Video Doorbell must be connected to AC power and should be Online as well.
